Production

NATURA YAPI distinguishes itself with its commitment to excellence in production. Our state-of-the-art production facilities cover an area of 7500 square meters. With our highly skilled workforce and experienced artisans, we have the capacity to produce 200 tons of high-quality aluminum products each year, including aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls and panel facades.

We also have a production capacity of 50,000 square meters of aluminum sheet and composite panels and galvanized steel sheet. In our steel shop, we have the capability to manufacture special steel structural components such as sub-frames, anchors, brackets and plate panels to precise specifications.

Supporting our commitment to high-end production, our advanced machinery park includes 2 CNC machining centers, 2 double-head automatic cutting machines, 2 corner presses, a CNC sheet processing machine and numerous multipurpose equipment. Our aluminum processing machines belong to prestigious Italian brands such as Fom, Tekna and Elumatec. For steel material processing, our steel workshop is equipped with CNC press cutting/bending, laser cutting machines, sub-arc welding capabilities and steel cutting machines.

Our commitment to quality is reinforced by our use of ERP software and our adherence to ISO9001 quality management system standards.

Transportation

The meticulous loading of products scheduled for international shipment is based on a carefully prepared plan tailored to the requirements of the specific means of transport. Our primary goal is to ensure that our products arrive intact at your address, which requires strategic packaging appropriate to the means of transport.

In international logistics, the chosen mode of transport is of utmost importance. Our diverse range of products can be transported by land, sea or air, depending on the characteristics of the destination country. Correct placement and stacking of products in containers or trucks is crucial, as improper handling can lead to products being moved, spilled or damaged in transit.
